Terms and Conditions

Pure Gorge Cleaning
Effective Date: January 2, 2025

At Pure Gorge Cleaning, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service. These terms outline what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.

Services
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services including recurring maintenance cleans, initial cleans, move-in/out cleans, post-construction cleans, short-term rental turnovers, and one-time cleans. Service scope and pricing are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If our team arrives and finds conditions that differ significantly from what was described, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional time or adjustments to scope. We never add time or charges without your prior approval.

Scheduling and Cancellations
We require 48 business hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or skip a scheduled clean. Cancellations within that window are charged 50% of the visit total. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, skips, or lockouts are charged the full visit cost.

Access and Delays
If we are unable to access your home within 30 minutes of arrival and cannot reach you for further instruction, this will be treated as a lockout and the full visit cost will a
pply. Should your service start be delayed due to access or other client-side delays, the equivalent time will be deducted from your service.

Safe Environment
Our team members are instructed to leave immediately if they encounter conflict, harassment, unsafe conditions, or an environment that puts their wellbeing at risk. The full cost of service will still apply in these situations.

Payment and Deposits
A valid credit card is required to hold all bookings. First-time clients and one-time service clients are required to pay a 50% deposit based on the upper end of the estimate to secure their appointment. Invoices are sent following each visit and are due upon receipt.

Deposit refunds are as follows: if you cancel 7 or more days before your appointment, your deposit is refundable minus a $35 service fee. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before your service, 50% of your deposit is forfeited, however 25% of the forfeited amount will be applied as credit toward a future booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full deposit is forfeited. For same-day cancellations or lockouts, the full clean price applies and the remaining balance is due in addition to the deposit.

Liability
Our team members are W2 employed, fully insured, bonded, and covered by workers compensation insurance. In the rare event of damage, please contact our office within 24 hours so we can address it appropriately.
